Last updated: 8/26/2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how 10th Street Talent, LLC (“10th St. Talent,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information in connection with Main Stage Bets.

Main Stage Bets is a free promotional prediction game offered in connection with Main Street Summit and Capital Camp taking place on September 15 to 17, 2026, in Columbia, Missouri. Participants use free gameplay points (“Game Points”) to make predictions regarding outcomes presented through the game. Game Points cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for cash or anything else of monetary value.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Main Stage Bets mobile application for iPhone and Android (the “Application”), the Main Stage Bets companion website located at https://msb.10thsttalent.com (the “Website”), and any other authorized interface, feature, functionality, service or platform through which Main Stage Bets is made available (collectively, the “Platform”), as well as communications and other interactions with us relating to Main Stage Bets.

Main Stage Bets is intended for use in the United States. Although Missouri residency is not required, participation in the prediction contests offered through Main Stage Bets is limited to individuals who are physically located within the State of Missouri at the time they submit each prediction, as further described in the Main Stage Bets Official Rules.

2. Information We Collect

‏ • Eligibility, Location and Compliance Information

Main Stage Bets requires you to be physically located within the State of Missouri each time you submit a prediction in a contest.

Each time you submit a prediction, we may collect and retain your representation or certification that you are then physically located within Missouri.

‏ • your IP address;

Main Stage Bets does not currently collect precise geographic location from your device through GPS or similar device-location services. We may, however, use IP-address information and the other information described above to evaluate compliance with the requirement that predictions be submitted while the participant is physically located within Missouri.

‏ • Winner, Prize and Tax Information

If you are identified as a winner or claim a prize through Main Stage Bets, we may collect additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and eligibility, administer and fulfill the prize, and satisfy applicable legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. ‏ • records relating to your eligibility and qualifying contest results;

‏ • communications regarding your winner status or prize;

The Main Stage Bets Official Rules require a winner to present valid government-issued photo identification in person when claiming a prize. We use that identification to verify identity. We do not intend to photograph, scan or retain a copy of the identification, although we may maintain a record that identification was presented and verified.

‏ • Information From Other Sources

Most information we collect about you comes directly from you or from your use of the Platform. We may also receive or obtain information from:

‏ • publicly available sources, such as a LinkedIn profile or other publicly available professional page, where reasonably necessary for identity or eligibility verification;

We do not purchase lists of personal information for purposes of operating or marketing Main Stage Bets.

3. What Other Participants Can See

‏ • other gameplay information identified through the Platform as visible to participants.

This visibility is part of the design and operation of Main Stage Bets. Information made visible through these features may be viewed, copied, captured or otherwise retained by other participants. You should not post or submit information through a publicly visible feature that you do not want other participants to see.

Your email address, password and other private account or administrative information are not intended to be publicly displayed to other participants through the Platform.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in the circumstances described below.

‏ • Other Participants

As described in Section 3, certain profile, gameplay and content information is visible to other signed-in participants as part of the operation of Main Stage Bets.

‏ • Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to provide technology, hosting, authentication, storage, email, communications, security and other services necessary to operate Main Stage Bets and the Platform.

These service providers may receive or process personal information on our behalf to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their services.

Our current service providers include or may include:

‏ • Supabase, which provides database hosting, authentication and file storage;

‏ • Vercel, which hosts and delivers the Website;

‏ • Resend, which provides email-delivery services;

‏ • Apple, in connection with distribution of the Application through the Apple App Store and delivery of push notifications to Apple devices; and

‏ • Google, in connection with distribution of the Application through Google Play and delivery of push notifications to Android devices.

The operation of a service may also generate technical, security, delivery, error or operational information that a service provider handles under its own applicable terms and privacy practices, including information used to provide, secure, maintain and improve its services.

‏ • Main Street Summit, Capital Camp and Prize Administration

We may disclose limited personal information to the organizers, producers, operators or personnel of Main Street Summit or Capital Camp, or other persons involved in administering the related events or fulfilling prizes where reasonably necessary to:

‏ • administer Main Stage Bets or a contest;

‏ • establish or implement Market-specific restrictions;

‏ • investigate circumstances relevant to a Market or participant’s eligibility;

‏ • coordinate winner notification or verification;

‏ • permit or coordinate access to a prize-claim location;

‏ • administer, fulfill or document a prize; or

‏ • investigate suspected misconduct affecting Main Stage Bets, a Market or the related events.

‏ • Legal, Compliance, Security and Safety Purposes

We may disclose personal information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:

‏ • comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order or other legal process;

‏ • protect the rights, property, safety or security of 10th St. Talent, participants or others;

‏ • investigate or respond to a dispute or claim; or

‏ • establish, exercise or defend legal rights or claims.

‏ • At Your Direction or With Your Consent

We may disclose personal information at your direction, with your consent, or for another purpose disclosed to you when you provide the information.

6. Sale of Personal Information, Advertising and Tracking

We do not sell personal information collected through Main Stage Bets for monetary consideration.

We do not currently use personal information collected through Main Stage Bets for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising based on your activity across unaffiliated applications or websites.

We do not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or advertising identifiers through the Platform to track you across unrelated applications or websites for advertising purposes.

We do not provide your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes unless you separately consent.

If these practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice, consent mechanism or opt-out right required by applicable law before using personal information for the new purpose.

7. Marketing Email

Marketing email is the only marketing channel we currently use. We do not run advertising, we do not use your information to target ads, and we do not send marketing text messages or make marketing calls.

How the choice works at signup. The marketing box on the signup screen is checked by default, which means you will receive marketing email from 10th St. Talent unless you uncheck it before you create your account. We record which way you left it and when.

How to stop it at any time. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by:

‏ • changing your marketing preference through your profile or account settings available on the Platform;

‏ • using the unsubscribe link included in a marketing email; or

‏ • contacting us using the information in Section 17.

We will process valid marketing opt-out requests within the period required by applicable law.

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications reasonably necessary to administer your account or Main Stage Bets, including password resets, account or security notices, eligibility or compliance communications, winner notifications and prize-related communications.

We do not send marketing text messages or make marketing telephone calls based on information collected through Main Stage Bets unless you separately consent to receive those communications.

8. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your device or the applicable notification service provides a push token or similar device identifier that enables notifications to be routed to your device.

We may use push notifications to communicate with you about Main Stage Bets, including:

‏ • Markets and upcoming Market lock times;

‏ • contest activity;

‏ • Market settlements or results;

‏ • leaderboard or gameplay information;

‏ • account or security matters;

‏ • winner announcements;

‏ • potential-winner or prize information; and

‏ • other Platform functionality or service-related matters.

Push-notification information may be processed by service providers used to route the notification, including Apple and Google. Depending on the nature of the notification, the information transmitted through the notification service may include the content of the notification, such as the name of a winner.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling push notifications does not prevent you from using Main Stage Bets, although you may not receive time-sensitive information through that communication channel.

9. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or where necessary in connection with a winner’s tax documentation, we do not intend to collect:

‏ • payment-card or financial-account information;

‏ • payment information for purchases within Main Stage Bets, because Main Stage Bets does not contain in-app purchases;

‏ • precise geographic location obtained through GPS or similar device-location services;

‏ • contacts stored on your device;

‏ • health information; or

‏ • copies or scans of government-issued identification presented for in-person prize verification.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through comments, support requests or other fields where we do not request it.

If the operation of the Platform changes such that we begin collecting a materially different category of personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.

10. How We Protect Information

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Depending on the information and system involved, these safeguards may include:

‏ • encrypted connections for transmission of information;

‏ • encryption provided by our hosting and infrastructure providers;

‏ • authentication and access controls;

‏ • restrictions on administrative access;

‏ • database and application security controls;

‏ • logging and monitoring; and

‏ • other measures designed to protect the security and integrity of the Platform and information maintained through it.

Passwords are handled through our authentication systems and service providers and are not intended to be stored in readable plaintext.

Access to nonpublic administrative information is limited to personnel and service providers that reasonably require access to perform their responsibilities.

No method of transmission over the Internet, electronic storage system or security measure is completely secure. Although we use safeguards designed to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and provide any notification to affected individuals or governmental authorities required by applicable law.

11. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate and administer Main Stage Bets, maintain the fairness and integrity of completed contests and Market calculations, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal, tax, accounting and audit requirements, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Main Stage Bets is associated with a time-limited event. Subject to the exceptions described below, we currently intend to delete or de-identify ordinary Main Stage Bets account information no later than December 31, 2026.

Exceptions. We may retain particular categories of information for longer where reasonably necessary, including:

‏ • Contest and Prize Records: We may retain records reasonably necessary to document contest administration, official results, eligibility determinations, winner verification, prizes and related matters for up to three (3) years following the applicable contest, or for a longer period where reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable legal, tax, audit, recordkeeping or dispute requirements.

‏ • Tax Records: We may retain IRS Forms W-9 and other tax-related information for the period reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable tax, reporting, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.

‏ • Gameplay and Scoring Records: We may retain de-identified or otherwise appropriately limited records concerning predictions, Markets, Game Point transactions, pools, settlements and scoring where reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity and historical accuracy of completed Market pools, scoring calculations and contest results.

‏ • Integrity and Fraud-Prevention Records: We may retain limited information reasonably necessary to detect or prevent duplicate accounts, repeated registration abuse, fraud, manipulation, circumvention of account restrictions or other violations of the Main Stage Bets Official Rules or Terms of Use.

‏ • Legal, Security and Dispute Records: We may retain information where required by applicable law, subject to a legal hold, or reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents, resolve disputes or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

‏ • Logs and Backups: Server, security and operational logs may be retained in accordance with our or our service providers’ applicable retention cycles. Information deleted from active systems may also remain temporarily in routine backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course.

When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for a retained purpose, we will delete, de-identify or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our applicable retention practices.

12. Your Choices and How to Delete Your Account

Access and correction.

You can see and edit your name, title, company, public profile link, and profile photo in the app at any time on your profile screen. To ask for a copy of your information or to correct something you cannot edit yourself, email us at the address in Section 17.

Marketing.

You may opt out of marketing emails as described in Section 7.

Notifications.

You may disable push notifications through your device settings as described in Section 8.

Deleting your account.

You may initiate deletion of your Main Stage Bets account: (i) from within the Application through the Profile or account screen; or (ii) through our publicly accessible account-deletion page at https://msb.10thsttalent.com/delete-account, including if you no longer have the Application installed.

Account deletion is deletion of the account, not merely deactivation. After the account-deletion process is completed, you will no longer be able to log in to or use the deleted account.

Subject to the limited retention described below, deleting your account will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your active account, including your: (i) name and ordinary profile information; (ii) email address from the active account; (iii) job title and company; (iv) public profile link; (v) profile photograph; (vi) marketing preference; (vii) push-notification token; (viii) comments and reactions; and (ix) active authentication credentials.

Information that may be retained after account deletion.

Deleting an account does not necessarily require deletion of every record associated with prior participation in Main Stage Bets. We may retain limited information for the purposes described below.

Prediction, Market and scoring records. Main Stage Bets uses a parimutuel-style internal scoring mechanism in which Game Point results may depend on the Game Points allocated by multiple participants to a Market. Removing a completed prediction or Game Point transaction could alter or undermine the historical accuracy of the applicable Market pool, scoring calculation or other participants’ completed results. We may therefore retain the applicable prediction, Game Point, settlement and scoring records after removing or replacing information that directly identifies you.

Fraud-prevention information. We may retain a limited cryptographic identifier derived from your email address or other limited account information for the purpose of detecting repeated deletion and re-registration, duplicate-account abuse or attempts to obtain additional Game Point grants or otherwise circumvent account or contest restrictions. This information is not used to contact you or for marketing purposes.

If you later attempt to create another account using the same email address, we may use retained fraud-prevention information to identify the prior account and take measures reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate-account or Game Point abuse. Those measures may include associating relevant prior gameplay or Game Point information with the new account where reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of Main Stage Bets.

Prize, eligibility and tax records. If you are identified as a winner, receive a prize or are subject to an eligibility or compliance review, we may retain records reasonably necessary for contest administration, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, legal or dispute purposes.

Legal, security and backup records. We may retain information where required by law, subject to legal hold, reasonably necessary for security or dispute purposes, or temporarily maintained in routine backups and logs.

Information retained following account deletion will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable retained purpose.

13. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and the applicability of state privacy law to 10th St. Talent or the relevant processing activity, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include the right to:

‏ • confirm whether we process personal information about you;

‏ • access personal information we maintain about you;

‏ • correct inaccuracies in your personal information;

‏ • request deletion of personal information;

‏ • obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;

‏ • opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising or profiling activities; and

‏ • appeal our decision regarding a privacy request.

The particular rights available to you depend on applicable law, and certain information or processing may be exempt from a particular request.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 17 and describe the nature of your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority to make the request before fulfilling it.

We will respond to verified requests within the period and in the manner required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right granted by applicable law.

Because we do not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration or use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 6, we do not currently provide a separate opt-out mechanism for those practices.

14. Children’s Privacy

Main Stage Bets is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old when creating an account. The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information through Main Stage Bets from anyone under 18.

If we learn that an individual under 18 has created an account or provided personal information through Main Stage Bets, we may suspend or delete the account and delete or otherwise handle the associated information as appropriate.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a minor has provided personal information through Main Stage Bets may contact us using the information in Section 17.

15. Where Information Is Processed

Main Stage Bets is intended for use in the United States, and personal information collected through the Platform is primarily stored and processed in the United States.

Our service providers may process information in other locations in accordance with their applicable services, agreements and legal obligations.

By using the Platform, you understand that your information may be processed in locations other than the state in which you reside, subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Main Stage Bets, the Platform, our information practices, our service providers, applicable law or other operational requirements.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy and post the revised version at https://msb.10thsttalent.com/privacy and make it accessible through the Application.

If we make a material change to the way we collect, use or disclose personal information, we will provide additional notice through the Platform, by email or through another reasonable method where required or appropriate under the circumstances.

Changes to this Privacy Policy will apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
